"Achieve Well, Aim High, Have Fun!"
Welcome Message
Welcome to Shelton Infant School where our aims are simple, clear and concise – “Achieve Well, Aim High, Have Fun". To ensure the children achieve these aims we offer a creative and exciting approach to teaching and learning within a safe and caring environment.
At Shelton Infant School each child is valued as an individual. With a highly skilled and committed team of teachers and teaching assistants, who always ‘go the extra mile’, each child is assured of achieving as highly as possible.
We pride ourselves on being a very happy and friendly school and we form excellent relationships with parents. A high degree of parental involvement is evident throughout the school.
We welcome applications for our school from all areas of Derby. Over half of the children currently in our school live outside the catchment area of the school.
If you would like to visit us to see first-hand the outstanding education which we can offer your children please contact the school direct to make an appointment. You will be made more than welcome!
